11 Blackheath entailed a comprehensive renovation of a substantial detached property, transforming it into a luxurious primary residence for a family. This extensive project included both internal and external upgrades, meticulously designed to enhance the home’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The renovation was executed in phases to optimize the transformation. The first phase focused on the lower ground floor, creating a dynamic home cinema room, a state-of-the-art gym, and a stylish bar area. These additions were designed to provide versatile and sophisticated spaces for family leisure and entertainment.

The second phase involved a complete interior refurbishment in collaboration with Studio Grove, renowned for their expertise in interior design. This phase included the creation of an incredible master bedroom suite, reflecting the highest standards of comfort and elegance.

Externally, the property was enhanced with a striking Corten steel-clad rear extension, which features floating steps leading down into the garden. The garden design was orchestrated by Chelsea Gold-winning designer Tom Massey, incorporating elements that create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

We undertook full design and project management from start to finish over a period of several years. The result is a beautifully renovated home that combines modern luxury with functional design, offering an exceptional living environment tailored to the family’s needs.
