Collaborating with an internationally acclaimed Interior Designer, we embarked on a journey to breathe new life into this historic gem. From concept to construction, our focus has been on creating a space that feels both welcoming and refined.
The Chelsea Town House boasts a thoughtful blend of historic charm and modern comfort. A new 5-storey rear extension and a striking frameless glass infill extension, seamlessly meld modern luxury with the timeless charm of Georgian architecture.

CASE STUDY: BLACKHEATH PROJECT
Introducing our Blackheath Project: This truly breathtaking detached property has undergone a complete transformation, inside and out. Collaborating with top professionals like Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal Winning Garden designer Tom Massey and acclaimed Interior Designer, Studio Grove, we have overseen the renovation of the property from top to bottom, start to finish over a multi-phase renovation.
Complete with a home cinema, gym, bar, and an exquisite master bedroom suite the clients wanted the property to be full of energy and light. Outside, a Corten clad rear extension seamlessly integrates with the garden with a substantial sculptural floating stone staircase that wind down into the lower level.
CASE STUDY: HIGH COMMISSION OF THE BAHAMAS
It isn't everyday that you get to work on an Embassy for a World Government. But we are truly honoured and humbled to be involved with this project.
The High Commission for the Bahamas lies in the heart of Mayfair within an impressive Grade II Listed six storey property.
Holloway and Holloway are leading the project team to deliver a full upgrade to the property to deliver a magnificent restoration and renovation of this incredible building and its inspiring heritage features.
CASE STUDY: HONOR OAK PARK
We are working with a family run developer to detail design and deliver six highly sustainable detached houses on a heavily wooded site within Zone 2 in London.
Utilising SIP construction, these homes are raised above ground level and clad in timber, offering a contemporary aesthetic that harmonises with the surrounding natural environment. Embracing a car-free ethos, it provides cycle and pedestrian access only, featuring biodiverse native species planting and enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings.
This development prioritizes conservation and sustainability with homes which exemplify cutting-edge design and environmental responsibility.

We are completely transparent about our fees. We provide fixed fee quotes that are based on our time taken working on your project, not this archaic method of pricing based on your build value. Why should we get paid more because you want to spend more on your kitchen?
We can provide fixed fees or work on an hourly rate and always provide a clear list of what is included along with example drawings so that you know what to expect from us at each stage.
