Let's tell you about 13 Harcourt Road. In a nutshell, Harcourt Road is where we live, it's where we work and it's where we've spent a lot of our time designing and developing our perfect home. A new home for our growing family. We love sharing how we've made our own vision a reality and exploring how we can bring our customers' goals and dreams to life.

We're Nick and Vicky Holloway, a pair of creative and thoughtful architects from Brockley, South East London and here's our story. We met online and studied at the University of Westminster together before getting married five years later. Over the years, we've both worked in large and small architecture practices and whilst we gained invaluable experience, we knew that we could do better - so we started our own studio. Now, we are joined at work every day by our cat Lily, and our baby son, Theodore.

Nicola and Kieran are a young couple with impeccable taste. They recently welcomed their first child into the family and wanted to extend their kitchen and dining area and bring more natural light into their Beckenham home. We helped them to design and obtain planning permission for a modern, glazed rear extension to house their dream kitchen, dining and family living space.

Mark and Sarah were finding it difficult to obtain planning permission for their four bedroom semi-detached period property. In the past they had received rejections for their ideal ground floor rear extension and were considering scaling back their ambitions for their home which is located in a Conservation Area. Having looked into planning policy and the reasons for their past refusals, we rectified the issues in a new design which still incorporated the same scale and level of ambition that they wanted. Having successfully obtained planning consent, we went on to help them build out their extension to update their family home.
