The most common type of project that we do is a whole home renovation. We work closely with you to develop a brief that understands your aims for now and how those might change into the future. We will then help to produce creative layout options that explore a whole range of possibilities for how you and your family might use your home. We will then help you obtain planning permission, undertake detailed design drawing, explore sustainable options for the build, get quotes from contractors and assist with on site project management.

LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION
A lot of our projects will have Conservation considerations such as being Listed Buildings or being in conservation areas. These projects bring their own complexities from additional planning requirements to the need to use traditional building techniques to the opportunity to contrast the new and the old for added drama. We have a great deal of experience with Architectural Conservation projects and can help you to navigate these more complex projects in a pragmatic and clear way, so that you can still achieve your dream home with no scary surprises.
